Wisconsin suicides are on the rise and the economy is the likely reason.  Romney VP pick, Paul Ryan, represents the state's District 1, which includes five of the top ten counties for suicide: Milwaukee, Waukesha, Kenosha, Racine and Rock. 

Ryan has long been criticized for failing to do anything about major plant closures in his district, particularly in the auto industry, and of that, most recently at the GM plant in Janesville.
